Mi Customer Grievances Redressal
Customer satisfaction is taken seriously, which is why they have established a three-level grievance escalation process to ensure your concerns are resolved effectively:
- Grievance Desk: Raise your grievance by clicking here. The customer grievance support team will try to resolve your issue in 48 hours.
- Head of Customer Service Desk: If your concerns remain unresolved then the issue will be automatically escalated to head of customer service. You can expect a response in 24 hours once the issue is escalated to this level.
- Office of the President: If the head of customer service is also unable to resolve the issue in the given time then it again automatically escalates to the Office of the President. At this level, expect a response within 12 hours from the time of escalation from previous level.
