Setting a New Credit Card PIN

Follow these steps to set a new credit card PIN:

1. Call IVR Toll number 1860 266 0333 from your registered mobile number.
2. Enter the last 4 digits of your credit card followed by hash (#).
3. Dial 1 to generate your credit card PIN.
4. Dial 1 again to generate a One Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile as an SMS.
5. Enter the OTP (6 digits).
6. Upon successful OTP entry, the IVR will confirm validation and guide you to set a 4-digit PIN followed by the hash (#) key.

If you’re disconnected at Step 4, redial the Toll number and after Step 2, dial 2 to enter the 6-digit OTP.
