BOI Complaints Redressal Policy

Bank of India has a well-defined grievance redressal policy in place:

• Level 1 – Online Complaint

• Level 2 – Zonal Level
  • If your grievance remains unresolved at Level 1, you can escalate it to the Zonal level manager. Details of Zonal Manager.
• Level 3 – NBG Level
  • If your complaint persists even at the Zonal level, escalate it to the NBG (National Banking Group) level. List here.
• Level 4 – Chief Grievance Redressal Officer
